Home Watch Report Pro

Data Deletion & Control

Steps to delete Home Watch Report Pro reports, properties, or all local app data, with notes about backups and purchases.

You control your local records. Home Watch Report Pro does not currently require a CK Digital user account. You can delete records from within the App and request help with purchase-related privacy questions by email.

Delete a specific report

  1. Open the App and go to Properties & Visit History.
  2. Select the property, then the report you want to remove.
  3. Choose Delete Report Permanently and confirm.

This removes the saved report record and attempts to clean up related media that is no longer referenced by other records.

Delete a property and its reports

  1. Open Properties & Visit History.
  2. Select the property and scroll to Property management.
  3. Select Delete Property Permanently and confirm.

Archive Property is not deletion; it hides the property from active visit lists while keeping history.

Erase all locally stored App data

  1. Open Data & Backup in the App.
  2. If you need a copy, choose Export Full Backup first.
  3. Scroll to Danger zone, select Erase All Local Data, and confirm.

This erases the App’s local records, settings, and stored report photos. It does not delete any PDF or backup copies you already shared or saved elsewhere. Uninstalling the App or erasing its storage through the operating system can also remove local data.

What is retained separately?

App-store purchase histories and RevenueCat entitlement records are separate from the local inspection database and may remain under provider retention and legal requirements. Deleting local data does not cancel a purchase or change store refund eligibility. Because the App does not currently offer a user account, no central account deletion flow is necessary for local inspection records.
