1. About the App
Home Watch Report Pro (the “App”) is provided under the CK Digital name for property-visit documentation and related workflows. These terms govern use of the App. By using it, you agree to use the App lawfully and to be responsible for the records you create and share.
2. Professional responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information entered into your reports, the services you provide, and compliance with any laws, licenses, industry rules, insurance terms, or client agreements applicable to your work. The App does not evaluate whether a property is safe, code-compliant, or free from defects.
3. Free plan and Lifetime Pro
The App offers a free tier that allows one saved property and three newly finalized reports per local installation. Editing or sharing an existing finalized report does not count as a new finalized report. A separate non-consumable purchase, referred to as Lifetime Pro, is intended to unlock unlimited property and report creation for the supported version of the App. The current planned U.S. price is $39.99, but the final price, availability, and applicable taxes are shown by your app store at checkout.
Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to the applicable store’s payment, refund, and purchase-restoration policies. A lifetime purchase refers to access to the Pro functionality for the supported life of the App; it does not guarantee perpetual operation on future devices or operating systems.
Restoration may depend on your original app-store account and other technical conditions. Cross-platform purchase transfers are not guaranteed because the App does not currently offer a shared user-account system.
4. Your content
You are responsible for having appropriate authority to collect, use, store, and share property data and photographs. You retain responsibility for your records. We do not claim ownership over the inspection content you enter. You grant the App the permissions needed to process that content on your device and produce reports at your direction.
5. Backups and data loss
The App stores inspection records locally and may offer a manual export/restore feature. You are responsible for maintaining secure, current backups. Removing the App, changing devices, device failure, or storage errors may result in loss of local records. We cannot restore records that were never exported or otherwise preserved by you.
6. Appropriate use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to circumvent purchase protections unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, or use the App for illegal activity. You should not represent App-generated reports as inspections, certifications, or guarantees unless independently permitted by applicable law and supported by the work actually performed.
7. Availability and updates
We may change, fix, or discontinue individual features as the product evolves. Operating-system changes and third-party store services may affect access. When reasonably possible, we aim to preserve existing user records and purchase entitlements through supported updates.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer protections or rights that cannot legally be limited. CK Digital does not guarantee that generated reports will identify every condition or risk at a property. Liability limitations, where enforceable, are subject to applicable law.
