Home Watch Report Pro

Privacy Policy

How the Home Watch Report Pro app handles inspection records, photos, purchases, and support information.

At a glance: Home Watch Report Pro is designed to store property visits, checklists, reports, and photos locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud database that automatically receives your inspection reports. Optional purchases use Apple/Google billing and RevenueCat, which process purchase-related information.

1. Scope

This policy describes how CK Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information associated with the Home Watch Report Pro mobile application (the “App”). It applies to the App and to support requests relating to the App. For this website itself, see our website privacy policy.

2. Information entered into the App

The App may contain property names and addresses, client or owner contact details, standing instructions, inspection results, visit dates, notes, photographs, report identifiers, inspector details and signatures/initials, and your business name or logo. These records are saved in the App’s local device storage as part of its current local-first design.

Images may be selected from your photo library or captured with the camera when you choose to grant permission. The App does not require permission to use the camera or media unless you use those features.

3. Purchase and licensing information

If you interact with Lifetime Pro purchases, the applicable app store and our purchase-management service, RevenueCat, may process transaction identifiers, purchase history, entitlement status, an anonymous application user identifier, and limited device/operating-system information necessary to provide purchase verification and restoration. Google and Apple handle their respective in-app checkout processes. We do not need your credit-card details to unlock purchases in the App, and we do not send property reports or inspection photos to RevenueCat for licensing.

4. How data is used

  • To create, display, and export your property reports.
  • To keep your property checklists, visit history, and business branding available in the App.
  • To verify optional Pro purchase entitlements and support purchase restoration.
  • To respond to questions or support requests you voluntarily email to us.

5. Sharing, exports, and backups

You decide when to share a PDF report or export a backup through your device’s share sheet. The services and recipients you select may receive the information in those files. Backup files may contain complete property records, notes, contact details, and photos and are not password-protected or encrypted by the App. Store and share backups securely.

The App does not currently provide automatic online backup, multi-user synchronization, or a CK Digital-hosted account containing your inspection records. Device operating-system backup behavior depends on your own device and settings.

6. Storage, retention, and deletion

Local property and report records generally remain on your device until you delete them using the App’s data-management controls, uninstall the App, or erase app storage through your device. App deletion can remove local records permanently unless you have exported a backup. See the data deletion instructions.

Billing and transaction records maintained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat may be retained separately under their policies and applicable legal obligations. Deleting local app data does not cancel, erase, or refund an app-store purchase.

7. Website and support inquiries

If you contact us at info@ck-digital.com, your email provider and ours will process the contact information and messages needed to respond. Please avoid sending sensitive property photographs or client details unless needed for the specific support request.

8. Security

We aim to minimize collection by keeping core inspection data on your device. However, no device or digital storage method is entirely risk-free. Protect your device using its passcode/biometric features and take care when exporting, transmitting, or storing reports and backups.

9. Children

The App is intended for professional use and is not directed toward children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our features, processing arrangements, or legal obligations change. Changes will be published at this URL with an updated date.

11. Contact us
